From a technical perspective, the program is a joke. It is built on foxpro and the database is locked up, so you can never access your data through a third party reporting tool. Moreover, the licensing model is such that you will no longer be able to access the program and thus your old data should you ever decide to stop paying the monthly fees. There are issues with seemingly almost every function - but without getting too detailed, it probably suffices to say that on-screen reports will often not give the same figures as hard copies of the same reports. Yes, it really is that bad.
Accounting wise, the program lacks so much it is difficult to know where to begin. You could not, for example, click an invoice and inspect the journal that was created by it. And although it purports to handle inventory, it does not handle inventory valuation. In terms of actually knowing how your business is genuinely doing at any given point, the program is essentially useless.
Because it is built for the local KKTC market and has those tax codes built into the year end procedures, many Cypriot Accountants love it and recommend it to their customers and so its use has become quite widespread. If you are looking at this program because your accountant recommended it, then you should be aware that they are interested in having an easy year end for their own benefit and do not consider it important that you should be able to produce accurate and timely financial reports during the course of the year so as to better decide on your business strategies.
Even if this program worked properly technically, which it does not - it is easily the worst accounting program I have ever come across.
